Introduction: We can produce and supply below products for you:
1. Aluminum Extrusions
We have 23 presses from 6MN to 55MN and most presses were imported from Danieli, Italy. Now output of aluminum extrusion is about 75,000tons one year. We can produce all kinds of aluminum extrusions used in building and industry purpose. We also have surface treatment lines including anodizing, powder coating, electrophoresis dying, PVDF spraying and acrylic spraying. Now the main alloy is 6000 series.
2. Aluminum Sheet and Coil
We have one cold rolling line to produce aluminum sheet and coil and its output is 30,000 tons one year. We can produce 1000, 3000 and 5000 series of aluminum alloy. The range of gauge is from 0.15-4.0mm and the biggest width is 1580mm.
3. Aluminum Cladding
We have special fabrication lines to do bunching, bending and welding for aluminum sheet. This cladding is cover the outside surface of the buildings for decoration purpose. After fabrication, we can do powder coating and PVDF for cladding and we also can do perforation on sheet for decoration inside of the buildings. Now output of cladding is 800,000 square meters one year.
4. Aluminum Door & Window
We have one sub-company to fabricate aluminum extrusions to be door and window according to customer's design.
